End User Support Technician
Location: Downtown Nashville, TN
Duration: 6 month contract
Schedule: In office Monday-Friday 7am-4pm CST
A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for an End User Technician to join their team. This resource will be handling hardware support in office, such as, monitor changes, monitor set ups, hardware troubleshooting, inventory management, etc. This resource will need to have exemplary customer service and communication as they could be assisting with team members ranging from someone on the development and business teams, all the way up to the C Suite level. This team is also looking for someone who is eager to grow and enhance their skillsets within the support field. This team prioritizes growth and opportunity for their employees. Once you're in this role, this team will offer the proper training and opportunity to learn different hardware tools, software support tools, etc. as you get embedded into the role. This position will also work on a 7am-4pm schedule 5 days a week Monday-Friday.
Desired Skillset:
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Some exposure to hardware support (monitor set ups, change outs, equipment set up, building machines, etc.)
- Local to Nashville and open to onsite schedule Monday-Friday
- Strong communication and interest in growing IT support skillsets.
- Ability to proactively manage tasks and IT issues that arise.
- Excellent customer service skills
